Your week, your squad, your record.
AtleetIQ holds the parts of coaching that turn into admin: the week you write, the squad you keep track of, and the record that has to still be there next season.
Built for a phone, at the track. Free while in beta.
Type a session the way you already write it

1 line kept as you wrote it
One line, three groups, three different sessions.
The week, in four layers
Philosophy
Speed is a skill, so we train it fresh.
Your own words, written once, kept at the top of the season. The app holds what you believe about coaching and never has an opinion of its own.
Periodization
Inter-houseDistrictsTodayMeets: Inter-house, Districts
The phases on real dates with the meets already in them. Move a meet and every session after it moves with it, which is the part that used to mean rewriting a spreadsheet.
Programme
MTWTFSS3x5x20m hills, 3 min walk back
Scope a line to the whole squad, to one team, or to a single athlete. The app reads it back so you can check it before anyone else sees it.
The send
Publish it, then send the week to the WhatsApp group you already use. Nobody installs anything and nobody replies asking what time.
A drawing, not a screenshot. The season and the week are in the app today. Philosophy and the library are being built, and the full list is on the home page.
The squad, and the session
Your squad
Type six names and you have a squad. No email addresses, no invitations to chase, and no athlete who has to install something before you can coach them.
Paste a spreadsheet if you already keep one. An athlete can claim their own login later, or never.
The session
Take a register for the whole squad in under thirty seconds, or let them scan themselves in on the way past.
Twelve weeks of history without opening a spreadsheet, including the athletes who have no login at all.
The tools that plug in
S-MAS
Score sprint mechanics from one max-velocity clip. 12 checks across 3 domains, per limb.
- Film side-on, upload, mark the max-velocity positions
- 12 yes/no checks for each leg: backside, lumbopelvic, overstride
- A scored report you can act on and track over time
Kinogram
Turn a sprint clip into a shareable kinogram. The 5 key positions on each leg.
- Capture 5 max-velocity positions per leg from your video
- Compare left vs right, and track an athlete over time
- One tap to share a clean, branded kinogram card
Attendance
Mark a whole squad present in under 30 seconds, or let them scan themselves in.
- One tap opens today's register, already filled with your squad
- Athletes without a login are marked like anyone else
- Twelve weeks of history, and the patterns you would not spot by eye
Sprint video never leaves your phone. Only the frames you choose to keep are saved, which is what keeps a minor's footage off a server in another country.
