By accessing or using AtleetIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

AtleetIQ is a track & field and athlete management platform that helps coaches and athletes manage meets, track performance, and engage through gamification (e.g. XP, badges, leaderboards). The Service is provided online and via mobile-friendly interfaces.

Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You may not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; to distribute illegal or offensive content; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data; or to interfere with the proper operation of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual Property

AtleetIQ and its branding, design, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission. Content you upload (e.g. athlete data, meet info) remains yours; you grant us a licence to use, store, and display it as needed to provide and improve the Service.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for any loss of data or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or R500 if you have not paid).

Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
