Your whole season, and the team it picks.
Most organisers keep a spreadsheet per meet and rebuild the team by hand each time. Team Manager holds one living roster of season bests, and works the team out from it.
Free, no card. Import your squad and last season's results from one spreadsheet.
What you get today
Import what you have
Paste your spreadsheet in whatever shape it is in. Athletes and events are matched for you, and the best mark per athlete per event is what you keep.
One roster of season bests
Every athlete, every event, as a matrix or by athlete. On a laptop, or trackside on a phone between heats.
The team is picked, not filled
Set the meet's rules once and the strongest legal team is worked out for you. Swap anyone and it re-solves around your choice, and tells you what the change cost.
The entry sheet, ready to paste
Your team in the organiser's own columns and spelling. Copy the rows and paste them straight into their workbook.

1You set the rules once
How many sprints, throws, distance runners and jumpers the meet asks for. How many athletes you may enter, how many events each, which birth years are eligible. They stay set for that meet.
2It works out the whole team at once
Not the best 100m runner, then the best 200m runner, then whoever is left. Those choices are tied together: an athlete you use twice cannot take a third event, and your best sprinter may be worth more to you in the hurdles. It weighs every legal combination together and returns the one that scores highest.
3You can overrule it
Swap anyone. The rest of the team is worked out again around your choice so it stays legal, and you are told what the swap cost in points. The decision stays yours. The arithmetic does not.
4It shows you where you are thin
If only one athlete in your team can cover the long distance places, you find out before entries close rather than on the day they do not arrive.
Being built
- Every athlete's season on one page, so progress is visible rather than remembered.
- A report for each meet, once the results are in.
- One link between training and competing, so it is a single track and field suite.
