How to get help with AtleetIQ – email support, FAQ, and where to find more information.

Email support

  • Coach plan – Includes email support. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Use support for setup, meet management, billing, or technical issues.
  • Organisation / Enterprise – Dedicated or priority support depending on your agreement. Contact your account contact or the same support channel.
  • Athletes – Athletes don’t have a separate support tier. For account or access issues, athletes can contact us; for program-specific questions (e.g. meets, workouts), your coach is the first point of contact.

Include your account email and a short description of the issue so we can help quickly.

Where to find answers

FAQ

Who pays? Coaches (or their organisation) pay. Athletes use the full platform for free.

How do athletes get access? Coaches add them; athletes sign up and join. No payment from athletes.

Can I cancel? Yes. Cancel from account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds? We offer a refund for your first month if you’re not satisfied. Contact us within 14 days of your first payment.

Free trial? Coaches can start with a free trial – no credit card required to try. Subscribe when you’re ready for ongoing use.
